I was very disappointed by my experience and do not really understand the good feedbacks My appointment was at 4.40pm. Claudete came with 20min delay, without any apologize. Very cold welcome, I get the impression that I was bothering her. And the worst. I came for the waxe of my underarms and still have some hair... I would not recommend this place
