dieses studio ist ein Juwel in der zürcher innenstadt... professionell, freundlich und sie nehmen sich zeit, um die nägel richtig schön zu machen. selbst wenn zwischen 2 behandlungen ein unfall passiert, kann man schnell vorbeikommen, um den nagel zu reparieren. hier nimmt man sich wirklich Zeit, um alles perfekt zu machen und Rada ist meine Lieblingsmitarbeiterin... sie ist wirklich eine Perfektionistin.

Tatiana was very precise and so far, she's the only person I've met, who is able to shape my nails exactly the way I want them. I liked the job. Unfortunately the attention to the client is terrible: I wasn't greeted at arrival -not even "hello"-, I wasn't asked wether I wanted a glass of water, Tatiana hasn't say a word in over 1h of treatment + I could hear the other coworkers making fun of previous clients in a very rude way. I felt super uncomfortable the whole time. I'm not going back.
