Mir schien, Natalia macht diese Behandlung nur ungern. Zeigte wenig Fingerspitzengefühl, Waxing war noch nie so schmerzhaft. Auch musste ich immer wieder selber Hand anlegen und mich am Schluss selber mit der Beruhigungslotion einreiben.

It seems like she doesn't do this treatment regularly. There were no wet cleansing tissues beforehand, no towel to cover yourself, you have to assist with the treatment and even though she seems diligent, the wax was not very good. She didn't wear cloves and re-used the wooden stick (goes back in the wax pot). I had no bumps or rash after, which is good.
