I first walked in I got the impression the place was a tad on the old side, not sure about hygiene. Half through, the pain Causes tears in my eyes (This was not my first time). She cools it down with water and then continues.I’m openly crying and I cannot help it, it’s burning. She cleans up, and when I’m about to pay I ask for a reduction, which she refuses and says it’s my fault cause I had shaved in between my waxings. I paid, will not come back. I am swollen & red the day after. Terrifying.
