You should change the manager. She changes appointments times just couple of minutes before. I got email at 18:15 that my appointment is moved from 18:00 to 18:15. I got appointment for my friend and noted specifically that we booked with Rachel. She changed again (this is the third time, she does that) with someone else. She doesn't speak English and I don't understand her German. My friend was not happy with manicure and stopped it in the middle. But Pedicure with Rachel was very good.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit CityNails in Stadelhofen Was mir wichtig ist, wenn ich bei Rachel reserviere dass ich auch alles bei ihr machen kann und nicht von einer anderen Person bedient werde! Auch möchte ich nicht länger als 5Min.warten müssen bis ich bedient werde.
