Although the lady was very kind, the quality of the service was extremely poor. There was no care or gentleness; she pulled on my ear piercings multiple times, which was very painful. But the most shocking part was when she sprayed deodorant onto her brushes and then used them on my hair. I honestly don’t understand why she would do that—it felt completely inappropriate and unhygienic. I just wanted to leave. As for the salon itself, it was extremely dirty.
