FACT: I showed her 10 different favorite photos and explained that the Grey-hair should be covered. Result, the Grey are not covered and the color was completely different as I imagined. Whole hair color are very dark with the thick bang...Nothing like the photos I showed... Next day I asked her for RE-Try, but she rejected and blamed that I booked via Treatwell, said It's my fault. Additionary, she charged extra CHF20 for the length of my hair. I am Asian and maybe she has no experience.
