I had booked an appointment at 9, but when I got there I was told that the woman who was gonna take care of me would arrive in 20 min or so, so at 9:35 we finally started and the woman washed my hair. But then it was the woman who was there when I arrive who ended up cutting my hair, she was taking care of another customer when I first got there so it seems like they double booked? Because of this I got stressed and didn't have time to address that I was not too happy with the cut.

Meine Haare sind zwar auch nach dem Waschen gerade, jedoch war das Mittel (laut ihr vegan) extrem stark! Meine Kopfhaut beisst noch immer und ist verkrustet bis zum Ansatz. Sprich, verbrannt! Des Weiteren haben meine dunklen Haare jetzt einen Grünstich!!! Ach und die Bürsten die sie benutzt haben, waren voller fremder Haare! (Voller blonder Strähnen, ich habe dunkles Haar)..nicht zu empfehlen.
