My teen daughter was unable to express what she wanted and/or Jenny didn’t understand. At the end - my daughter went home with a really said haircut, that made her look 20 years older and she cried. Jenny did offer she can come back if she wants anything different, it’s just my daughter doesn’t trust her enough to take advantage of this kind offer. Again not quite sure what happened- just know the haircut isn’t what she wanted and it doesn’t look good on her. Other than that Jenny was very nice

Melissa hat sich nicht vorgestellt, mir wurde nichts zu trinken angeboten und ich kam mir eher störend vor..ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, Melissa hatte Freude an ihrem Job. Schade.. Der Schnitt ist aber ok.
