I only came for a colouring of my Haaransatz and because the colouring turned my hair yellow I had I think 6 rescue colouring afterwards, 4 hours later, I lost all my blonde hair and have a reddish fake colour at my Hairsnsatz. She did a good job rescuing whatever went wrong but I am not happy with a new hair colour which is too dark for my face and i did not come for and reddish Hair colour at Ansatz which shows too unnatural but was probably the only way to rescue my yellow hair.. Will not come back..what a disappointment...
