I actually had Dolores for my Hollywood wax: there was an issue with the calender and she very kindly offered to cover for Claudia. Dolores is LOVELY: friendly, calming, professional, enthusiastic, happy- an absolute treasure. Im beyond happy with my wax- she paid close attention to detail, made sure i was comfortable, did her best to reduce any discomfort and above all made me laugh. See you in three weeks!
