I’ve been getting my nails done at Denny Nails for two years and had positive experiences each time, but this past time with Hai was terrible. The drillling tool hurt my nails and when I told him that, he was annoyed with me. He was not friendly or nice to me as a customer at all. I will not go back to him in the future. The nail experience is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable for the customer and it didn’t seem like he cared about that at all.
