Not dealt with customers who don’t want acrylic or gel nails. She buffed my nails too much and accidentally cut my cuticles. Even two days later my nails hurt. It was so bad that I just asked her to stop. Ended up leaving. The skin around my nails is still peeling off. I’ve never written a bad review before but my nails are in such bad condition. I do want to mention that they didn’t make me pay though.
