This was not my first visit to the salon. I had been getting my haircut here 3 times already and in the past, I was always happy. This time, however, Nunzio was infuriated that someone had used his scissor. He kept yelling at the staff and was completely nervous and rushed. Of course, the result didn't turn out well at all. I ended up leaving with a terrible haircut and am super unhappy with the result. He is a great hairdresser and I hope this was a one-off occurrence.
