DANKE!!!
The lady made a good job. I changed the normal “lack” for gel lack. The lady made a good job although she hurt one of toes and is inflamated today. Not sure if I got an infection. Now I need to go to the doctor to check. The price listed in the website was CHF 75 (normal pedi with lack) but I was charged CHF 100 and I didn’t get an explanation why. If they are going to charge extras they should explain to the customer the reasons why. I’m happy with the results. Besides the color I booked haircut and dry out it all last less than 30 minutes. Communication was a problem with hairdresser as he was not very fluent (English and german) and I don’t speak Italian. I asume he didn’t quite understand what I like and after 10 minutes he was already drying out the hair. After on dry hair he thins out the hair for another 3-4 minutes and that’s was it. I left the saloon looking as nothing was made on my hair. I booked a senior stylist expecting a great work. Maybe next time a junior stylist will do the same The communication with the hairdresser was difficult. He does. It speak so fluent german or English and as I can’t speak Italian was complicated for him to understand what I like. Although I chose the color from the pallete and he applied.
