The cut was really great. Unfortunately the colour wasn’t what I asked for. I asked for very blonde and the look is more natural than I wanted. My hair is now still darker on the top than the bottom. This is quite disappointing for the higher price of having a senior stylist. Secondly when I booked online the price quoted was CHF 360. I was quite shocked to then be charged CHF 415! There was no previous explanation for this. I didn’t agree to this extra charge.
