Erica was Wonderful, highly skilled professional in Terms of technique and in dealing with customers. I was quite reluctant to come to the salon (m yfirst balayage in Switzerland) and Erica made it so well that I will definitely return again only to let my hair and Colour in hands. Brava, Erica!
