Unfortunately, I had a disappointing pedicure experience. The technician injured my big toe, causing it to bleed, and it was swollen and painful the next morning. The polish application was imprecise, and two nail corners were left sharp, so I had to file them myself. I was also concerned to learn that reusable instruments are disinfected but not sterilised between clients, despite being sharp enough to break the skin. I expected higher standards and will not return.
