Alejandra is a superstar! Took the time to discuss thoroughly what I was looking for after a dissapointing experience elsewhere! She was so thorough and took much longer than expected due to fixing the mess that was my hair. Very talented, so happy to have finally found a good hairdresser in Zürich!
