Ornella was super kind, welcoming and warm.
I went to make a wax session for my intim area.
She used no gloves the whole process, only hands. As I had hair grown in different directions, she said she cannot remove everything perfectly.
I ended up going home and shaving again.
She was nevertheless the kindest and sweetest, but the service was not meeting my needs.
