I had an appointment yesterday and I’m really happy with the experience!
The staff member who did my nails was very friendly and really listened to all my wishes. He took his time to help me find the perfect color, the selection is amazing! ✨
My design wasn’t the easiest, but he did such a great job with it. I’m super happy with the result and will definitely come back.
Last few times I went there, I felt very uncomfortable the way they just stare at me as I walk in, if you’re not dressed normal then I won’t recommend or else they are quite unfriendly and give you that toxic look!!! I thought good first time but not anymore, I only find the one young girl who does my nails and the other Asian women so sympathetic! The others need to learn how to not look miserable! Manicure also takes as long as my long nails, don’t understand why so slow too! I hope I won’t need to take another star down if it gets worse! Now the prices are getting higher while the designs are getting and holding ugly. Waiting up to 30-1h and you would be lucky if the one nail designer there doesn’t cancel you after waiting that long. Mentioned to give discount because waiting so long but charged me the same with nails which were so terrible.
Did my nails with Janka. They’re INCREDIBLE!! She was so friendly and super precise. I asked for inspiration and she is super creative and suggested this design. Found out she also tattoos, so versatile! Never going anywhere else😍 …
Been many times. Lydia and Oksana are both great techs! The facility is nice, clean, and the staff are helpful. English and German are spoken fluently. Calling for an appointment is easy. Highly recommend.
Horrible work, removed my acryl nails and left a thick layer of acryl on my nails which is now breaking off in pieces and looks so bad.
