Regular customer at Just Nails & usually very happy. Last visit w/ Klara was disappointing. She seemed passive-aggressive, irritated & impatient. She filed my natural nails so thin it hurt. I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to provoke an uncomfortable situation. I also wasn’t happy w/ the result: I like the thin gel application, but every nail has a different shape & it looks like little care was taken when filing. A disappointing result. Never had any issues w/ the rest of the team.
