Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Auch wenn man das erste mal geht erklärt sie was man machen muss. Mit dem Ergebnis war ich immer zufrieden.

Prenoto su treatwell e poco dopo mi sopraggiunge un impegno lavorativo quindi chiedo di spostare se possibile, non riesco a farlo dal sito quindi le scrivo,essendo una cliente abituale. Mi da appuntamento alle 2.50. Mi presento e aspetto 25 minuti. Scopro che non si era segnata il mio appuntamento, cerca di darmi la colpa dicendo che sono arrivata tardi, ma la sua collega le conferma che sono arrivata in orario. Mi dice che non ha posto e fa come se non fosse un suo problema.
