The appointment was booked with Fung, who in my experience is the only employee that can do the nails. I was a little earlier at the appointment, so another employee has started the preparation, unfortunately without even asking what I wanted. The nails were cut far too short (I wanted to do French with acrylic) and then I was asked to put the fake nails on top (which doesn't make sense if you already have long nails). Fung took over and tried to adjust was was done. End result below expectation
