She always makes me feel completely comfortable and takes great care to understand what my skin needs. You can tell she’s very attentive and genuinely cares about her clients. I had a face treatment consultation with Lorena and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She started with a skin analysis, explained everything and and gave me great advice on what would work best for me. I really appreciated how professional and approachable she was, and that she never tried to push me into anything. The studio is spotless, comfortable, and has a very welcoming vibe. I left feeling well-informed and confident, and I’ve already booked my next treatment with her.
