The spa was lovely and the lady who did my "pedicure" was nice but I definitely don't feel I got what I paid for. I booked the "Spa Pediküre +Callux Peeling Program für glatte und seidige Füsse (Fuss Bad,Callux Peeling, Massage)" & Parafin socks. To my knowledgde, a pedicure entails getting your nails filed/fixed but this didn't happen. I also didn't get the massage as mentioned in what I booked. I showed the lady but she simply looked at my phone and said it wasn't in their system.
