I booked Diana but it was another man who did my nails. My cuticle was bleeding and painful because the technician pushed so hard with his tool. Cold unfriendly reception. Zero communication from the nail technician's side, as he couldn't understand neither German nor English. Due to poor communication, a white chrome gellack as i required turned into in reality a milky polish instead. A bitter and unkind team. No wonder the shop was empty...
