Disappointing. I had a booking for two hours, Valentina finished after 1.5 hours and asked me to pay more after. I had asked to shorten the facial from 1.5 hours to an hour and for a pedicure instead of Callus peeling. She charged the full price for the 1.5 hours facial plus the price of a pedicure. Unclean floors. 1h-facial very unsatisfying, Valentina never properly looked at my skin nor did she a proper cleaning with steam. Pedicure: The nails were cut too short and uneven without asking.
