I arrived at the salon and was told that Marina had moved her studio a week before (not reflected in Treatwell). When I called her she said she thought that I had cancelled the appointment because “someone” had called the morning of the same day to cancel another appointment . Complete confusion and waste of time, I also could not find any other place to go for a manicure I needed for an event, and I still have not gotten my money back!
