I got to know the salon using a voucher. That was an offer for two time 90 min service. I was open to a recommendation to try something else, but didn't expect to be charged full price. The whole point was to try out the studio and see if I liked it- there was no point to book with a voucher. Due to the sales strategy, I canceled my second appointment. Her service was nice, but I was definitely not happy with the way she did her marketing. Was my first and last visit here
