First of all, no checking of name when I entered. When I sat down, I got asked which colour of the acrylic I wanted. Got asked if I wanted another one and showed me the others. I chose a light pink one. During the appointment , they were speaking Chinese constantly. When I was going to pay she said a different price from what it said online. She said it was because the pink acrylic. Without telling me before hand it was more expensive than what I had booked. Unacceptable

Die eine Mitarbeiterin ist sehr frech und macht die Nägel auf einer aggressiven Weise dass es schon sehr schmerzhaft war. Sie hat meine Nägel zusammen gedrückt und schrie mich an, weil ich meinte es tut weh.
