at arrival I was asked for my name (no greeting) and shown to the chair with a hand gesture. waited for 15 minutes without explanation, no water offered. then someone came into the studio and started my pedicure. after a couple minutes a different person took over. no explanation, no hello, she didn‘t even look at me. she obviously tried to make up the lost time and was very rough like handling a machine rather than a person. the glittery shellac looks a bit streaky. not a nice experience.
