Ich werde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten! Very bad customer service. They rushed you and blame you once they did a wrong design without apologising. Often my nails and fingers bleed because they were not careful and staff never looked apologetic or even apologise. The guy in the store was very nice and exceptional but usually they take turns and the other ladies in the stores are super rude and just want to get the job done fast without considering the needs of the customer. WORST experience
