Kommunikation war leider kaum möglich, weil Sebastiana nur italienisch konnte. Sie hat das Paraffinbad für die Hände auf 75 Grad gelassen, als ich mich beschwert habe, das es zu heiss ist, erstmal auf 65 Grad runtergedreht und meine Hände wortwörtlich reingedrückt und dabei immer wieder gesagt, die Temperatur sei normal (stimmt nicht, es werden maximal 55 Grad empfohlen). Für die “Spa Pediküre” hat sie eine Fussmaske aus Migros benutzt und minim Hornhaut entfernt. Hygiene auch nicht gegeben.

Sebastiana konnte kein Deutsch, nur Italienisch. Das Geschäft war nicht angeschrieben, musste anrufen, um zu wissen, wo ich klingeln muss. Behandlung dauerte nur 50 und nicht 60 Minuten, gefühlte 15 Minuten davon lag ich mit einer Maske herum.
