Tracy was a friendly person & worked quickly, but an incident occurred where a liquid was accidentally poured into my eyes, causing burning for hours.She seemed nervous and the situation. Despite providing a fan to soothe my eyes, Tracy left for next customer without checking my satisfaction. The lamination faded within a week, and the lash lifting did not last. There were also inconsistencies in the curl of my eyelashes, with the right end being more curly and the left end straight and frizzy.
