I had a truly terrible experience at this nail salon. The owner, who also performed the service, was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I politely tried to explain what I wanted, she started screaming at me. Her behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unacceptable.
From the moment I walked in, she was unfriendly and dismissive. The entire experience was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even stay to enjoy the service—something that’s supposed to be about self-care and feeling good. Instead, I left feeling shaken and disrespected.
Honestly, I’ve never been treated so poorly at a place of business. It’s no wonder the salon is always empty—between the attitude and the poor service, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to return. I certainly won’t be, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Kate is friendly, kind, and cares about her customers. I am happy with her work; show her a picture, and she'll do exactly the same nail design for you 💅 Additionally, you can always expect nice music and lovely chat in her shop.
