I had a truly terrible experience at this nail salon. The owner, who also performed the service, was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I politely tried to explain what I wanted, she started screaming at me. Her behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unacceptable.
From the moment I walked in, she was unfriendly and dismissive. The entire experience was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even stay to enjoy the service—something that’s supposed to be about self-care and feeling good. Instead, I left feeling shaken and disrespected.
Honestly, I’ve never been treated so poorly at a place of business. It’s no wonder the salon is always empty—between the attitude and the poor service, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to return. I certainly won’t be, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Kate is friendly, kind, and cares about her customers. I am happy with her work; show her a picture, and she'll do exactly the same nail design for you 💅 Additionally, you can always expect nice music and lovely chat in her shop.
Ich empfehle sie weiter da sie immer das erfüllt was ich möchte ich zeige ein Design meiner Wahl und sie setzt es um einfach super! Sie hat ausserdem einen super Kundenkontakt und man kann mit ihr super reden!
Seit 4 Jahren komme ich sehr gerne und gehe immer glücklich nach Hause,positiv und gut gelaunt an jedem Besuch.
Meine Nägel sind nie abgebrochen obwohl ich im Verkauf arbeite.
