The salon looks beautiful and new, and the hair wash was relaxing. But the haircut was disappointing, the scissors felt dull and pulled my hair, and brushing was rough and painful. Hair was flying everywhere, and the result looked messy. My hair ends flipped out awkwardly instead of falling naturally into layers. It looked choppy and unbalanced. Sadly, the quality didn’t match the nice atmosphere.
