Bia was outstanding!! The atmosphere was very nice and international, and she worked magic on my nails. I've gone to a few places in Zürich and she's clearly done the best job. She's experienced, she didn't push on my cuticles, she was helpful in picking the right color, etc. Absolutely incredible. She was also sincerely friendly, and I recommend her.
