Lucy hatte gar keine Zeit für meine gebuchte Behandlung und hat mich wieder weggeschickt. Ich frage dann ob ihre Kollegin wenigstens kurz meine Brauen zupfen könne, für das haben die mir 40.- verrechnet für diese 10 min Arbeit! Dort werde ich nichts mehr buchen.

Nobody showed up at the place when I did had a booking (on the front door the timing was also OPEN that day 31/12/20 from 10am till 2pm!), when I had a booking (romantic gift from my husband) - but destroyed that day and the gift. They answered a phone call saying that they aren’t working (why do you accept bookings than?!) , and promised to refund my money back. Nobody did it (already a week left). The worst New Years Eve day.
