Super Lieb! Ging auf die wünsche ein & war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ergebnis ist bis jetzt noch wie gewünscht! Gerne wieder

The table was dirty when I arrived, and they used the same tools from previous customer. When I requested to change the tools, the whole energy changed, and the person doing my nails was very annoyed. They don't know how to properly cut the cuticles so they tried to "pull them" and I had to ask them to stop and I did them at my home. (They again put back the cuticle cutter in the same place with the rest of the tools)
