Giulia macht super schöne nägel bin sehr zufrieden

Lasse mir, seit ca 9 monaten, alle 3 wochen, bei Tu die Nägel machen und bin jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Tolle, schon fast perfekte Arbeit!! Preis/Leistung kann man meiner Meinung nach, nicht übertreffen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen.

Schlechteste Beauty Salon Ehrfahrung die ich jemals gehabt habe.
Sie sind immer spät, unfreundlich, können keine Deutsch sprechen und vor allem überhaupt nicht sauber. Nichts wird desifiziert.
Der Besitzer ist extrem frech und hat überhaupt keine Ahnung wie mit unzufriedene Kunden umgehen. NIE MEHR!

I've been to this place for a grand total of 3 times now and did acryl nails then shellac. It's very difficult to communicate there as no one really speaks german or english. Everyone is unfriendly and is clearly always in a bad mood. Despite having an appointment I always had to wait at least 20 min every time. The quality of the work is ok but not amazing. This last time I went I explicitly told the owner about not being happy about the work (paid 80CHF) and he was extremely rude, started yelling at me in the middle of the shop and sent me away saying something along the lines of "what are you still doing here". I can't express how not acceptable this behaviour was and I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
On top of the extreme rudeness I have to add that they are absolutely not clean and do not work with gloves or disinfect anything. It's cheaper than other places in Zurich but stay absolutely away from them if you don't want to be treated like a worthless customer and if you don't want to catch some sort of infection.
