I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, mainly because of a particular stylist who always did a great job—but it seems she’s no longer there. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I asked for a layer cut, and after a wash, it was clear that barely any steps had been done. On top of that, there was a scheduling issue—an overlapping appointment, and the stylist seemed rushed because the manager couldn’t see the multiple treatments booked. It felt a bit chaotic and unprofessional.
