to be more professional as they were before when they started. do not place apprentices in the usual customers. doing the right job and not being in a hurry to do the next one, as this leads to the job being poorly done. after a day the nails are losing color etc.. be the same person starting and finishing the client's nails and not a thousand people. many of us customers are reporting that their quality is being lost every day. 😞😞😞 I hope they improve soon, because we pay for quali
