The experience was relaxing. I did not like the location. It was a bit weird to see all the garbage bins near the entrance of the salon and the salon itself is not at the level of other spa places in Zurich and Switzerland in general.
I think the treatment is too expensive for what it is. I also wander if the lady doing the treatment has the necessary training to provide proper treatment. Otherwise the ladies seemed very nice and patient.

Nicht mein Ding, fand die Kopfmassage kurz und enttäuschend, ausserdem tönte so ein lauter Apparat, dachte es wäre ne Waschmaschine im Schleudergang. Elena entschuldigte sich, aber scheinbar konnte man es nicht abstellen. Und ich bin echt wenig Geräuschempfindlich. Keine Ahnung warum es japanisch sein soll, das kommt nicht rüber. Für manche passt es vielleicht, ich komme nicht wieder

The atmosphere, interior is beautiful and calming. Exactly what you need and except at any kind of spa. I asked Yuliia (who was very nice) why it was called Japanese, and she didn't know. The treatment itself was just okay, nothing mind-blowing and there was nothing Japanese about it. At the end, I was given tea which was a sweet tasting green tea. If you call yourself a Japanese Head Spa, at least serve proper Japanese tea, as that was not it. I am Japanese so I know. Slightly underwhelming.
