Booked a facial + hydro facial for 1.5 hour and got something completely different. Was really disappointed with my treatment as I booked exactly what my previous therapist told me to however didn’t get that therapist, didn’t get the treatment and I was expecting and overall sad.

Several bad experiences over the year, latest (and last): went in for sugaring but did not get the treatment as the sugaring holder was all stuck together and not cleaned and could not be replaced. I was offered zero apology by the management on site. On my google review I got a response full of lies blaming a power outage and at the same time an email from management threatening to fire the person because of my review :) Disastrous management here! Never again!
