Yasmin ist sehr nett und bemüht, wirkt aber unerfahren unsicher..... für mich nicht wie voll ausgebildet ! Sie persönlich gibt sich aber Mühe u ist nett. Was halt auch nicht optimal ist, wenn man allein ist und dad Telefon ca 3 mal klingelt ...
