Sehr angenehme und positive Stimmung, der Chef ist sehr freundlich. War bisher immer sehr zufrieden, ob mit Nägeln oder Wimpern 👍

Ich wünschte, Ohmynails hätte hier in Bern auch eine Filiale. Dann müsste ich nicht alle drei Wochen zurückfahren. Es hat sich immer gelohnt, zu euch zu kommen! 😋😍

The experience was great, however not even after one day two of my nails broke. This never happened before and I’ve been doing my nails for years. And when I went back to kindly ask to redo the broken nails, the owner refused. He told me to pay 20 francs for each nail or do a new set. The quality was the problem and I don’t see how a new set would fix it.
