I had semi permanent mascara done at Savi. The service was great - both Albina and Steffi were very kind and professional. I liked the initial result, however I developed a reaction about 1.5 weeks after treatment. This can happen - when I wanted to get it removed and walked into the store the reaction from Albina was disappointing. I understand she had other clients (And I would have been willing to wait) but her unfriendly reaction did not reflect the initial service received.

Leider habe ich eine schlimmere Haut als vor der Behandlung. Alles ist entzündet und schmerzt.
