Ich hatte über treatwell gebucht. Ich war pünktlich da. Der Termin konnte nicht stattfinden da die Reservierungen über Treatwell von den Mitarbeitern nicht gesehen werden. Man gab mir einen Termin eine Stunde später. Die Behandlung hat dann stattgefunden. Ich hatte nun schon über Treatwell bezahlt. Der Shop verlangte eine nochmalige Barzahlung. Ich habe jetzt doppelt bezahlt.

I can't belive what i witness here in this Nail salon! On the internet i booked a treatment for 10CHF for hautenternen, and its my first time here i didnt know this includes pedikure for 70ChF, she did only my skin on the feet and thats it. When was the time to pay i gave her 10ChF and she said i need to pay 70CHF or she call police. She was screaming and she tried to hit me and she even took my belt from my jacket. I went streight to the police and i hope they shut this place down!!!!
